Singh's Premier has launched it Bluetooth Broadcasting System.  This allows all Bluetooth enabled mobile phones to receive exclusive offers via Bluetooth.

The Bluetooth signal is available from close proximity of the store and customers are given the option to either decline or accept the message.  Once the customer had made their choice they will not be asked this again, so customers will not be bombarded each time they visit the store.

Messages and offers are updated once a month so customers will only be prompted each time a new Bluetooth campaign is started.

So ensure next time you visit Singh's Premier you have your bluetooth enabled to receive exclusive Bluetooth only offers!

Singh's Premier named in Top 100!

The top 100 independent shops in the UK were announced today by the Independent Achievers Academy.

Reaching over 50,000 independents every year, the IAA is a business development initiative that supports, celebrates and promotes the local news and convenience stores.  Every year, retailers from across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales undergo rigorous assessment, including a mystery shopper visit, for the chance to be listed as a top 100 store.

Shops were assessed against the 12 Academy best practice principles and store visits were conducted throughout August, concluding with a conversation with the retailer.  The best practice areas against which the shops were measured were: shop layout; responsible retailing; merchandising; effective ranging; availability; environment and sustainability; customer service; in-store theatre; retail innovation; marketing to customers; service to the community and staff development.
